After You Place An Order With Us

When you place an order with Spectrum Card, you can rest assured you'll be in good hands.

We're not like other companies, where once you hand over your credit card or billing information, you never hear from them again except to ask for some image files...and then you wait and wait until your cards show up one day. When we take you on as a client, you'll be kept informed every step of they way during the ordering and fulfillment process. Please know that it does generally take 10-12 business days from receipt of approved artwork until order shipment. Rush requests can often be accomodated.

You'll be assigned your own account manager who will remain with you as long as you're a client.

Your account manager will pro-actively contact you to provide you with all the information you need to feel comfortable your order is being handled in the most efficient, professional manner possible. From artwork submission, to press-checks, to printing, to shipping, you'll be kept in the loop every step of the way. You can contact your account manager at any time with questions or information regarding your order. We're available via phone, email, or fax. Contact us anytime.

You'll be provided with a secure, online portal where you can view and manage your projects.

After placing your order, we will assign you a private, dedicated web site to check on order status, upload files, download templates, and keep track of previous projects. Of course you can always still contact your account manager via email or phone to manage and track your projects, but some of our clients enjoy the "self service" aspect this portal provides.
